Our Process at Hands of Faith Home Care
1. Firstly, WE LISTEN
Hands of Faith Home Care Agency is aware of the intricacies of the difficulties associated with growing older. You may begin immediately by making a call to your local office, where a team member will first listen to your concerns and then provide you with information about our available care choices. We make it easy for you to schedule your calls and appointments, giving you and your loved ones dignity throughout the process of receiving flexible, straightforward care.
2. WE GET TOGETHER IN PERSON
Following your first phone contact, a care manager will arrange for an in-home evaluation to meet with all parties and meticulously create a plan of care for your loved one. Our educated and empathetic care managers will guide you through the Hands of Faith Home Care enrollment process.
3. WE CAN GET STARTED NOW
You establish the schedule and run the show. You can begin and stop using Hands of Faith Home Care whenever you'd like. Our clients pay for their services themselves, therefore there is no insurance documentation to impede the procedure. After your initial consultation, we may arrange a care date! We just ask that you give us a 24-hour notice if you need to end your contract with Hands of Faith Home Care.
4. CARE INTRODUCTIONS
To ensure everything runs smoothly from the onset of care, our care manager will accompany your caregiver on the initial visit. Following this initial visit, our amiable, accommodating, and skilled caregivers will have you and your loved ones in good hands.
